About Us
Design Clinic Health Tourism is an Istanbul-based international medical travel organisation. We plan and coordinate hair restoration and aesthetic medicine treatment pathways for patients travelling from abroad, in cooperation with contracted health facilities.

Corporate Structure
Operating as Design Klinik Sağlık Turizm İç ve Dış Ticaret Ltd Şti., the company acts as an intermediary organisation under the Turkish Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health. Medical services are not provided by the company itself; they are delivered in contracted health facilities licensed by the Ministry of Health, by the physicians and clinical staff of those facilities. Our responsibility is to plan access to these services, manage patient communication and organise travel and accommodation.

To turn the treatment experience of international patients in Türkiye into a predictable and safe programme built on clinical quality, process transparency and continuity of communication.
Vision
To contribute to Istanbul’s standing in international medical travel as an institutional reference in hair restoration, through a service model centred on physician independence and patient safety.
Service Principles
- Physician independence: candidacy, technique and graft planning are decided solely by the examining physician; the coordination office does not intervene.
- Full-service hospital setting: procedures are performed in hospital operating rooms with anaesthesiology support and emergency infrastructure.
- Informed consent: scope, alternatives, potential complications and recovery are explained in writing, in a language the patient understands, before the procedure.
- Data protection: medical images and records are processed only for treatment purposes and with explicit consent, under Law No. 6698.
- Continuity: contact does not end on procedure day; the same coordinator remains responsible throughout the 12-month follow-up.
Partner Hospitals
Treatment takes place at Central Hospital and Başkent University Istanbul Hospital. Both are full-service hospitals with the operating room, laboratory and anaesthesia infrastructure required for hair restoration surgery.
International Patient Coordination Office
The office assigns one coordinator to each patient from first enquiry to post-return follow-up. The coordinator manages communication with the physician, arranges translation of medical documents, builds the travel and accommodation plan and tracks check-up appointments.
Official Licences
The company holds a Group A Travel Agency Operating Licence (No. 14267) issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Document images and verification details are available on the Licences and Certificates page.
