Medical history, current medication and scalp photographs from standard angles (front, top, back, both sides) are sent via the contact form or e-mail. The coordinator responds within 24 hours.
Patient Journey
From Enquiry to Follow-Up
The international patient programme has seven stages. The output of each stage is sent to the patient in writing, so that what happens, where and when is known in advance throughout.
Physician Preliminary Assessment
Images and history are reviewed by the partner hospital’s physician. Stage of loss, estimated graft range, recommended technique and possible limitations are shared as a written opinion. This does not replace in-person examination.
Programme Planning
Procedure date, length of stay, transfer times and check-ups are combined in a single itinerary. Required documents and a pre-travel checklist are provided.
Arrival in Istanbul
Airport meet-and-greet and hotel transfer. Transfer to the hospital on the morning of the procedure, accompanied by the coordinator.
Consultation and Procedure
Physician examination, laboratory tests, hairline design and informed consent are completed the same day. The procedure takes 6–8 hours under local anaesthesia; the patient returns to the hotel the same day.
First Review and Wash
On day 3, dressing check, first wash and hands-on care training at the hospital. Written care schedule and medication plan are handed over, followed by airport transfer.
Remote Follow-Up
Photographic review at day 10 and months 1, 3, 6 and 12. Physician feedback is relayed in writing by the coordinator. Medical support or a second session, if indicated, is discussed within this schedule.
